Curious about Tai Chi? Come and give it a try with our free introductory class, open to everyone, whether you’ve never done Tai Chi before or you’re returning after a break.
Tai Chi is a gentle practice that combines slow, flowing movements with calm breathing and balance. This session is a relaxed, supportive introduction designed to help you feel comfortable, learn the basics, and enjoy the experience — no pressure, no performance, just a chance to move and reset.
What to expect
A warm welcome and simple introduction to Tai Chi
Easy-to-follow movements (suitable for beginners)
A calm, steady pace with options to go at your own level
A friendly space to ask questions and meet others
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes (or trainers). Bring water, and arrive a few minutes early if you can.
