    Food & Drink Traders

    If you'd like to trade at St Osyth Summer Sounds, please complete the Food Trader Application Form below or you can read more in the traders pack here. Once submitted, our trader producer, will be in touch to discuss your application. We’re particularly interested in delicious, sustainably sourced food that reflects the local character of the Tendring area.

    Arts & Craft Traders

    Are you an artisan, maker, or creative business? We’d love to hear from you. Please complete our Arts & Craft Trader Application Form or you can read more about being a trader here. We will be in touch after reviewing your application to explore how we might work together. We welcome high-quality, handmade or locally produced goods that celebrate creativity and craftsmanship.

    Performers & Artists

    We’re looking for inspiring artists, musicians, street performers, and entertainers to bring the festival to life. If you're interested in performing at St Osyth Summer Sounds, please email a PDF with details of your act, links to past performances, and any technical requirements to our programming team via the link below. Our team will review your information and get in touch if there’s a good fit. We welcome both emerging and established talent.

    Volunteering

    Join the team at St Osyth Summer Sounds on 18–19 July and help deliver a welcoming, safe, and joyful weekend of music, food, and books by the sea. Volunteers support everything from ticket scanning and stewarding, accessibility, markets and artist care. We provide training, a festival T‑shirt, and meals on shift, plus we’ll match roles to your skills and any access needs. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours; for this year you need to be 18 years old or over. Apply now to be part of the team!
