Arbinder Dugal is a 2019 MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist and a Roux Scholarship finalist, known for his progressive Indian cuisine that combines bold flavours with refined technique. He has trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and was appointed Head Chef for The British Asian Trust at a Royal charity event held at Buckingham Palace. Arbinder’s approach celebrates quality ingredients and elevates traditional dishes into elegant, accessible experiences.
