Christiaan de Vries is a London-based baker and menswear designer who captured national attention as a finalist on The Great British Bake Off 2024. Originally from Emmen, Netherlands, Christiaan trained in fashion design before moving to the UK in 2017. His baking is marked by a refined, botanical aesthetic and an instinct for pairing natural flavours with meticulous technique.

Fusing his design sensibility with culinary creativity, Christiaan creates bakes that are both visually stunning and full of layered flavour. Since Bake Off, he has developed a growing presence across food media, sharing recipes, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of his craft.

Christiaan continues to explore the meeting point between food and art—always rooted in precision, inspired by nature, and driven by an eye for beauty.
