Adam will demonstrate - Pan‑Roasted Pheasant with Cider, Mustard & Smoked Bacon, Fondant Potatoes and Chantenay Vichy Carrots. We will break down a whole pheasant, explaining that this is the same process for a chicken that is still easy to replicate at home.
